Quin Williams has received 8 official scholarships thus far. USCe appears not be leading the way right now. Per a scout from Rivals he said UT is running right behind at #2 at this time. Still probably quite a few more schools left to offer.

Georgia hasn't officially offered & supposedly that's the one he's looking for. That's one of the biggest reasons USCe is leading the way. UF & South Carolina offered on the same day(5-5-16) & UT offered 3 days before on 5-2-16.

Seems like UT should have the slight advantage with these 3 extra days but it's not that many days. We don't know how aggressive UT staff has been as well going after this kid since the offer. Thanks!
