Jordan McNair, the No. 24 offensive tackle in the nation, could not make his scheduled visit to Maryland last weekend, but the Terps remain one of the top schools showing interest in the Owings Mills (Md.) Mc Donogh prospect.

The 6-foot-5, 286-pound McNair is speaking with a lot of schools, including Penn State and Auburn, but a few others are showing the most interest.

"I talk to Tennessee, Maryland and Ohio State the most," McNair said. "I don't have any visits set up. I'm looking for a school where I fit in, where I feel the most comfortable. Looking for the education to be (at a high level) so I can be prepared for life after football, too."
