Seems like someone would funnel some money to a Cleveland St, Chattanooga St type to get a program going.

Would be perfect for a lot of East TN, middle TN and Ga players who can't make it to FBS.

Would then give UT a perfect place For non qualifiers. Atlanta area middle TN guys would be close to home.UT coaches could stay in contact and not have to worry about Miss. Jucos.

How many have we lost who were placed in Miss. Or other places? Martin was with UT a long time and chief leaving LSU saved us from loosing him.

Karama and his girlfriend both came to UT so it is a special case. We got good ones this year but we've lost many in the past.

JUCO's are not always the answer for a football program.

Look how many Ole Miss and Miss St have how low they are always ranked (exception was this year).

A couple every few years helps, but the are usually in JUCO for a reason.

What's your definition of many? We've had our share of JUCO. we don't need that many especially with developing the freshman we have with the #5 or less class in the nation. We snatched a 5* back from the junior ranks what more do we need?

What's the over/under on Kesling calling AK Karma?

Not just those guys but guys like Lovingood. With online classes and dual enrollment highschool you could place them for one year and bring them in next recruiting class. They can be through with JUCO in one year instead of two.

We know you love UT but we don't have a long snapper spot this year. Will put you at Cleveland St. and you will be our starter next year.

Other guys who are tweeners could be placed and if they develop bring them in. Dale Jones is a prime example of someone who needed another couple of years of work to make it at UT.

If they don't develop it doesn't look as bad when you don't bring them in. Then they are recruited over and transfer.

Why are you acting like it's UT's responsibility for creating a solid JUCO in Tennessee?

Unless they are cant miss guys like Patterson, Martin and Kamara you don't want to hang your hat to much on juco' sunless you know they can come in and start right from the start.

Title is misleading. I thought there would be some juicy details or article.
Karma is a Bi+€#, Kamara is a boss, Karama must be a
Bit€#in Boss

I live in Cleveland TN, there is no room anywhere near Cleveland State for a stadium and their enrollment could not support that. Plus they just lost accreditation recently. They'll get it back but football programs are super expensive and Cleveland Tn couldn't support that unless Check Into Cash bank rolled it.
