#17 Ole Miss - 135 pts
#18 LSU - 117 pts

And, Auburn, Arizona St., Texas and TCU have no DL players with 4 or 5 stars.

Thanks Hills for doing this. I can't believe GA's DL class is better than ours. I wouldn't trade them that's for sure.

I know I wouldn't swap our incoming class for Georgia's. :shades:

InVoluntary, I see we were saying the same thing at same time. :good!: :hi:

This is 4 and 5* DL on the 2015 team right? Not 2015 recruits. If so, I can see GA's 2015 DL being better than ours by those standards.

If it's 2015 freshmen.......No effing way.

I was surprised Georgia was ahead of us too. But, they have one more highly rated 4 star lineman than we do and that's where the difference is.

Two years in a row of highly rated DL is going to serve us well next year and beyond!

Picou and Ford are 4* material, don't care what the raters say.

To be honest I don't mind them being 3*. Cause when they develop into special talents everyone will be talking about how well CBJ and staff evaluates and develops talent. Which looks good for us.

This staff has done an excellent job at player development I expect that to continue.

I only ranked Rivals top 25 all position rankings. If I went through all the teams, there would be some changes in the 20 - 25 from what I have listed.

BUT...Florida wouldn't be one of those. They are currently ranked #94 and do not have a 4 star player at any position. This is going to be a BAD class for them if the new coaching staff doesn't get some players fast.

I think I feel a very small tear running down my face...:eek:lol:

Texas, auburn and florida not having a single 4* dlineman between them is shocking. Looks like we lucked out getting butch over strong if thats the best he can do in talent rich texas.

Ours wouldn't be that high now. I'm still excited about it though.

My man! Appreciate you doing this and it definitely shows how great our DL recruiting has been. We are about to be back!

We have had some solid 3* guys that aren't even included in this which makes our classes all the more impressive.

Did you guys take into consideration losing Hendrix and Henderson etc...

I take Rivals-anything with a grain of salt. They seem to be the outliers more and more compared to the other services.

I assume that list doesn't include transfers and defections. Same for other teams that may have experienced them as well.

Iona is correct...defections, transfers, flunk-outs, being kicked off the team, etc. were not considered for the Vols or for any other team.

I was very happy we didn't get Strong at the time, now I'm even happier.

I have a feeling that one of our four star players, who currently wears #9, would be turned into a five star.
