I was looking at the Washington Post today, the ALL-MET Section and see the following recruits from this area:

Football:
LB Savion Frazier, 6-1, 208
Garfield High
Made 45 total tackles including 5 for loss and forced 3 fumbles and made 3 INTs. On offense, he rushed for 1420 yds averaging 7.1 yds per carry.

Track(Cross-Country)
Mike Spooner-West Springfield
Placed 5th at Foot Locker South in a personal best 15:06 and 23rd at the national race in San Diego (16:03).
