Published on: 12/17/06 Creekside standout quarterback/safety Eric Berry announced today that he plans to sign with Tennessee in February.
Berry, the state's top prospect and No. 1 cornerback in the country, decided on Tennessee over Georgia, Ohio State, Auburn and Southern Cal.

I think this is a case of a reporter running with a story that holds no grounds as of right now, which our liberal media is known for.

| Berry basically just said that he was planned to host the UT coaching staff in Arizona and he ended up being greeted by the entire UT coaching staff.
After school, Trooper and Fulmer were there for an in-home visit and they talked about life and what-not, Berry said it was good.
He said that recruiting has been pretty crazy the last few weeks and he expects it to get hectic in the next month or so. But did acknowledge that things are starting to get clearer for him compared to a couple of months ago. | |
