I thought they had changed that rule, that they could no longer participate in bowl practices. Thought I read that on here. It has just changed in the past few years....of course, it's been irrelevant to us until now.

Unless the rule has changed and I'm not aware of it, yes they can practice in the bowl practices. Bowl practices generally equal around 15 extra practices IIRC. Early enrollees cannot participate in the high school allstar type games like Under Armor, Army, etc. All of that could be wrong if there has been a rule change but I think that was accurate up to the last time we were bowl eligible.

I presume there is a numbers situation with EE's also. Does that effect how many we actually let EE? Or does staff make necessary moves early enough to bring the max in?
