At this point and the way Tennessee Football has gone in the last few years, I would be more interested in who thinks CBJ will still be our coach in 2017?

If he is as good as most on here think he is then will he move on to get out of the SEC grind?

If he is as bad as some think, will he be sent packing?

If this gets a sticky then for the next 2.5 years everyone is going to know how dumb you are for posting this.

Oh I can promise you I'm not as dumb as you think! Also, I'm not a nega-VOL. I am praying like most that Butch can get us over the hump.

I am a realist though and know that if Michigan comes calling (see the Volumes of post on here related to this topic) that he will definitely take a sniff.

Then why make that post?

Also most that think Butch would be considered for the UM job are clueless.

Well not according to Hubbs on 104.5 recently. He said that Butch would be #4 on the list after the Harbaugh brother and Les Miles. He went on to say that Kiffin was like number 5 on USC's list and most thought he would not get that job.

Just put yourself in Butch's shoes. If someone offered you a 7 figure raise to move back to your home state would you at least not take a listen?

If he does leave the S.E.C., then where does he go?

The BIG 10, which actually has 12 teams and should be named the BIG 12, is quickly losing its appeal and status.
With the migration of people from the north moving to the south, whose kids are the BIG 10 going to recruit? There is a big population swing happening in this country right now and it is all based on economics and the failed policies of the liberatal democrat politicans in the north.

So, he won't go to the BIG 10.

The ACC is weak; except for F.S.U. and maybe Miami every 5 years.

The BIG 12 in the southwest may be a possibility for bUTch though. Texas, Okla ho mo,

I don't see bUTch going to the PAC 12. They style they play out there with wide open offense and a horrible defense in which teams score 50 points a game is not the style bUTch coaches.

Where does he go? To a smaller conference like the Mountain West?

#4? Highly doubt it. I would hate to be the AD who had to sell an 8-12 bottom dwelling SEC coach to the faithful at UM. Those fans know little to nothing about what CBJ is building here. But they can see the on field results.

It would be traumatic there.

+1. Imagine you are a UM fan. Your AD introduces a coach with a losing record at his previous job. There are about 20 coaches in college football that look more appealing right now. Any talk of Butch to Michigan is from his agent.
