Jarrell Miller With the coaching change in Chapel Hill do you think we have a shot at the prep school linebacker? He went to High School five minutes down the road of where i'm from and the same high school that this year's commit CJ Flemming is from. Maybe if we got him to this would open the door a little more with other Highland Springs HighSchool CB prospect Chris Hill

Yeah I remember Miller was a UT lean for a little while and then he made that surprise commitment. He was a stud. I havent heard about him opening it back up but who knows. Yeah I think we have a real good shot with Chavis.

Finally saw an article that actually cited Miller saying he was opening up his recruitment and that he was looking seriously at UT. They asked if it mattered who UNC brought in as the new coach and he said "no, I dont even know who any of those candidates are" not even Butch Davis. He said if Bunting stayed he was definately staying but if he goes he is going to look around. Our CB commit went to high school with him and he is pushing Miller to join him at UT. He is also very interested in South Carolina.

I think smart money says that SOS stays put. I've been wrong before, though. |

with the recruiting power of U, SOS could build a team pretty quickly and with his arrogence he would fit right in

SOS has all the money he needs. So it wont come down to money. What it will come down to is will SOS get more satisfaction out of building USC into an SEC champion or building the U into a National Champion. If he is content with proving he can build a second teir program like USC into an SEC champion then he will stay. That is basically the limit at USC. He will never be able to win a NC at USC. If he decides he really wants another shot at winning a NC then he will go to the U because they actually provide him that opportunity. What we have to see first though is how hard will the U go after him?

I would think pretty hard, he is instant offense and tickets would sell, donations would spike, recruits would sit up and take notice (look wht he's done in colombia), and he's done a tremendous job at carolina getting them headed in the right direction (just beat archrival Clemson, so optimism would abound at the U.
