If we get Phillips I'd say 0% chance we get Olenga and maybe 20% chance we get Clemons. Clemons may be a possibility as a 4th LB, but I'm not sure he can cover in space yet. I'd guess the staff would have other OLBs they may like at that spot more IF they try and take a 4th backer.
