Nice to see us getting in the game early.

Is it just me, or has our recruiting in NC gotten a lot better lately? Which coaches are working NC?

Bryce Love is one of the fastest 2015 prospects in the country. Last season, the running back had a big year for the Wake Forest–Rolesville junior varsity squad, before moving up to the varsity team at the end of the season. This season he will be one of the main playmakers for the Cougars.

Bryce Love (5’10/170) of Wake Forest-Rolesville High (Wake Forest, N.C.) has posted some mind-boggling track number at such an early age. Although he is only 14 years old, Love has already run a 10.6-second 100-meter dash, 21.6-second 200, and a 48.2-second 400. On the football field, that speed makes the running back a threat to go the distance every time he touches the ball. It should come as no surprise that colleges have already taken notice

We need this kid. He's small and lightning fast, but he doesn't go down as easy as most backs his size.

Parents attended South Carolina. Friends with Keith Marshall. Was at the Clemson victory over Georgia this past weekend and in the victors locker room afterwards. Will be attending the SC-GA game this weekend.

Offers from UNC, N.C. State, Virginia Tech, Tennessee, Stanford, Duke, Georgia Tech, East Carolina, Arkansas and Appalachian State. Says that he is wide open. --- Rivals.

Tennessee gave Love one of his first offers almost a year ago and has continued to make him a high priority, with Jones recently stopping at his school to check on him during the contact period. Love now claims offers from almost 20 teams, including Clemson, Ohio State, South Carolina, Stanford, North Carolina, N.C. State, Penn State, Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech. His father, Chris Love, ran track at South Carolina.

247 doesn't even list us in the 'Warm' category. And no Crystal Balls.

Is Butch REALLY flying under the radar here? Hard to imagine given our recruiting success the past year.

"If explosive running back Bryce Love makes it to campus Saturday it could signal the Vols could be a real factor for the North Carolina back. Love has offers from all over the country and he fits the mold in what the Vols are looking for in a chance-of-pace back for this class."
