I'm curious as to how many kids that have D1 potential actually leave the State of Bama to play at other SEC schools.

Just picked up an offer from ohio st. Definitely one to watch the next two years.

Some quotes from ESPN

It doesn’t matter if you’re a sophomore or senior. When you put up 2,050 all-purpose yards in a season, someone is going to notice you.

That’s the case with 2015 running back Traveon Samuel, who has exploded onto the scene as of late.

The 5-foot-8, 175-pound back is fresh off a solid sophomore campaign and already has offers from Auburn, Clemson, Duke, Jacksonville State, Ohio State, South Florida, Tennessee and UAB.

Add interest from Alabama, Georgia, Miami (Fla.), Mississippi State, North Carolina, Ole Miss, Oregon, South Carolina and Texas, and things get even more exciting for the do-it-all Samuel, who has played running back, slot receiver, quarterback for the Red Devils.

Underclassmen to Watch:

RB Traveon Samuel, Phenix City (Ala.) Central (2015): We have Samuel listed as a running back, but he is dynamic wideout. The Central star has superb quickness and make-you-miss ability. He picked up a Florida State offer this summer after showing well at the Jimbo Fisher Camp. According to Samuel, the Tar Heels have reached out along with Clemson and Ohio State.
