Lol at expecting any coach to pull in three top 30 players in two months recruiting for us. Bama pulled in a total of 3 top 30 players coming off of a national championship last year. It would be damn impressive if he pulls it off, but to expect him to is unreasonable and not fair to judge him on.

Acquiring his main recruiter from USC should make it easier. But, yes absolutely I'm setting the bar high, because if the head coach Jones is promising championships then he has to pull the best recruits here.

Agreed. I really think it is possible. But it isn't a must or Jones failed situation.

I think it's a very big test for him and yes pulling those 3 in particular tells me a lot about his abililty to recruit.

No, it's definitely not a must to show his ability to recruit. That's unrealistic. If he doesn't land those guys and you write him off based on that alone, you're not very bright.

I've been asking for Nike sponsorship for years. This board laughed at me because 90-95% haven't ever talked to an athlete or been an athlete. These players play different when they feel good going out there to play. Anybody remember how we had the black unis versus South Carolina? We came out and started dropping the hammer on them on defense. They were out of the game before they knew it. As long as the unis look good I'm for them. But most weeks we can wear our traditional Orange & White.
