Running game? No comment. Teams will be trying to force Bray into mistakes. He will have to prove he has matured.

That being said, once the season starts, many of these question marks might be answered.
Agree but looking at talent vs. talent we are on par with UGA, and we have more than USCe. Dooley just has to prove he can coach because that would be the only missing element if we lose this year assuming last year's injuries do not happen.

Expecting them to beat all the teams they have more talent than and just winning 1 out of the 4 games where the team has equal to better talent is not asking too much at all IMO and it's something Dooley is going to have to do soon.
I absolutely agree with the both of you. This is the year that there is enough talent/experience on the field to pull off some of these could win/slightly underdog games. Take care of business and win AT LEAST one of those four games and we are back in business!

None, but what point does that prove using a 2 year sample size of a gutted, young team? 1st year we have depth and size to feasibly compete. Let the season shake out before deeming Dooley a failure.

If they are, it's not by the margin you are suggesting. We lacked depth against those teams. Not an issue this year. Our offense has the talent to be the best in the conference. End of story, this is a make or break year for Dooley, the talent is there and ready for some wins.

I'm not old enough to really remember Majors' recruiting ability, but it's ridiculous to act like it's impossible to get guys to come to Tennessee.
This statement explains a lot. Majors took the job after 1976 season ended. Tennessee became relevant again in 1985. 9 full seasons as HC. Recruiting is not difficult for Tennessee when we are winning.

He has already proven his ability to evaluate talent is better than both Fulmer & Kiffin.

How many teams with more talent did Kiffin beat in '09? Fulmer in '08?

The roster got significantly worse from 2009 to 2010, but you expect same or better results from Dooley with less talent/depth/upper classmen?

Give this staff a chance. 2012 will be better. 2013 will be much better.

1. I'm certainly not defending Fulmer.

2. Georgia and South Carolina were probably more talented in 2009.

3 I can't speak for the 70's, but I know it doesn't take 9 years to build a program today.

4. Of course this year will be better. It doesn't mean it will be good.

5. Dooley gets this year to show something or he's done. That simple.
