FWIW | He may well do exactly that, but I would not be surprised if this is just the opening act of a charade. First, they let Mauger commit by himself to give him his moment in the limelight and give the appearance that he is a stand alone commitment when in reality he is a lower tier SEC talent. Then after a decent interval, probably in early to mid August, Langley (now a silent commitment to UGA) will take his commitment public and he and Mauger will play together as dawgs.
JMO, though.

mlsoft | so you believe this was all a master plan for a 3 star cb/safety? langley is not good enough of a recruit to do some package deal and that is not what is happening here. you probably haven't seen one minute of his play in person, but our staff has and we will take mauger by himself if langley wants to go to usce or somewhere else. mauger is a legit sec prospect all by himself. you act like langley is a 5 star blue chipper when he isn't. he is a good prospect, but he isn't someone you waste a scholarship on his buddy to get him. you overestimate who langley is and underestimate how good mauger is. |

Georgia selects players from Georgia and I do not think this is a player on the official selection sheet. He may have performed well in front of the coaches but highers rated options are still out there for Georgia in July. Just my opinion of course. |

We need to sign a full class, we're talking 30+. IMO, its no different when you award walkons with schollys because you undersigned.
The coaches worked him out and felt he should be offered. I'll take him. |
