I wonder which you hear more about.. 5/4 star busts, or 2/3 stars over-achieving? Seems to me like I hear more about busts than over achievers, how about you all?

I feel like I hear more about the 5/4 star bust only because people are making a big deal about the top notch kids while the 2/3 stars go unnoticed.

You hear more about them(4 & 5 stars) in the beginning and in the end. Unless they become a superstar like Foster.

People are more emotionally invested in the potential of the 4/5 star than they are the 2/3 star, so when the 4/5 star kids bust, there are more visceral reactions. 2/3 star kids bust? People's reaction is usually - meh. Just human nature.

Agree.Peeple don't give the 2/3 star players much attention unless they over-achieve.
