Per 247 article. Weaver was excited abou the Tennessee offer, we are recruiting him as a ATH & letting him pick where he wants to play if he chose us. Hinshaw is his lead recruiter. He has no favorites & wants to visit schools.

Tennessee offered a few weeks ago and Weaver's been able to speak to Tennessee assistant coach Darin Hinshaw recently.

"We've just talked about their team and how I fit into their team. He said I didn't have to go there for a specific position, they just want me on the roster. I've just talked to him about him possibly coming back down and watching during spring and me going up there and seeing the school," Weaver said. "That's about it but I plan on talking to him a little bit more sometime this week."

Weaver's yet to visit Tennessee, but even though he hasn't set foot on the Knoxville campus he knows about the Vols.

"I know a little bit about them. They're a great program, good facilities, a couple of my friends go there and they say that they love it up there," Weaver said. "It's still close to home but it's far enough away to be on their own. Then, the football team has been good and produced great players. I've just been told that it's a great place overall."

Mack is a solid prospect. Probably could play defense, too. You can't coach a frame like that. He's massive and that's the first thing that stands out. To be honest there's a lot to like. Seems to move fairly well and his hands aren't bad. Got some nice moves. Seems like he can block too. Not some kid that will have to be taught how to be tough. Lot of TEs are pass-catches only at this stage. He's pretty complete.
