He would sit there screaming the offenses play correctly on almost every down. He did the craziest stuff before games. He headbutted the whole team (60+) with our helmets on, shot up the locker room with a paintball gun, smashed a huge pumpkin, and beat the crap out of a snake with a baseball bat. That stuff really fired up some teenage boys, we had no idea what he would come up with each week.
He smashed a jack danials bottle, also head butted us smashed a tv with a baseball bat, tackled a dummy player in our locker room, ate raw meat...... We would get so jacked for the games

Yeah, I know you didn't. Just commenting more on the fact that Harlan wants to play QB, but like Cobb, is probably more suited for another position.

Better stick to bball. Big difference playin 1a high schools vs D1 college. He's an athlete. Just not D1 caliber IMO

Any child that is a good athlete and works hard at the skills of the game he chooses can easily play at UT or any other school like UT. Period. Where he was born or what high school classification he played in means little. That woud tend to give credit to the school classification for developing the kid, or to the competition he played against for developing the kid. When actually it is the work ethic and desire of a kid that determines if that kid becomes a success in a college or professional setting. That applies to sports and every other aspect of life.

No way he has the passing skills to play QB, there's too big of a learning curve going to the SEC. There is no passing in this region, defenses are trying to stop the wing t every week so pass defense is terrible. If a kid can half way throw he can be a decent qb. Look at the Wayne Co qb, he couldn't throw a spiral but threw good enough to win state in 1A. Seems to have the size and athletic ability for receiver though. I'll have to go check him out in the fall.
