Both Fuller and O'Daniel have gone on record saying they have interest in UT, but are waiting for an offer. Sounds like UT is very close to offering both though. So that is good to hear. | I know nothing about getting an offer from a coach or from a university but I just want to put in my two cents of what I think since I read it so much. I see in professional sports when a guy such as with the current Lebron James stuff, if a local media outlet says would you be open to returning to cleveland they 99.9% chance would never say no since you dont want to close THAT door.
So with this guess I would say if someone from Volquest, 24/7 TN or scout (heck volnation at that) says to a kid would you be open to getting a scholarship offer that will allow you to play 4 years and obtain a very valuable education for free, these guys are not saying no, instead they say, "yeah I am hoping to get an offer soon or they have some interest and we are gonna talk" |

I have seen quite a few instances in recruiting over the years in which prospects state they really want an offer from a certain school and are very interested in that school. Sometimes it seems that the prospect is just lobbying for another offer that they have yet to acquire rather than sincerely being interested in the school. |

| Hopefully UT can get into the sweepstakes as well if/when they offer. Quote: |
Sources tell me that the leader for Olney (Md.) Good Counsel linebacker Dorian O'Daniel is Michigan followed by Florida and Clemson but with the Gators taking so many linebackers early, it could open things up for North Carolina or Auburn.

that'd put him in the 225-235 range which would be fine for a freshman
now if he is still 205 next January that might be an issue |

Heard Michigan might be the leader, but I think UT can get into it. If he wants early PT, he need not look any further. UT didn't get any LBs last year. |

Not at all trying to start an argument, but UT did not recruit the LB position well last recruiting cycle. Well, they actually did, but the two big-time players left a week before NSD.
Not a guarantee, but if UT landed O'Daniel there is a pretty big chance he would pass the "three LBs" UT took this last recruiting cycle his freshmen year. I like King as an ATH, but he is very raw at LB. Not too big of a fan of Lewis or Bynum. Hope they can prove me wrong.
But the point is UT has to get some elite LB prospects in this recruiting class. |

| Would be an amazing coupe to get him and Fuller. They both seem to like UT even though they don't have an offer.
