| "Moose" as he's known, checks out GT02/11/2012 from JacketsOnline.com
"Northgate (Ga.) defensive tackle DeAndre Johnson does not look like your typical high school junior. At six-foot-three and over three hundred pounds, he looks like he should be playing on Sundays instead of Fridays. Johnson was at Georgia Tech on Saturday to visit one of his favorite schools for their Junior Day".
“Everything with Tennessee has been really good,” he said. “I have been up there a couple of times so far and it was great.”
Johnson, a 6-foot-3, 310-pounder, was able to witness the fantastic finish of the Vols showdown with in-state SEC foe Vanderbilt and loved every second of the contest.
“I went up to Tennessee for the Vanderbilt game,” Johnson said. “It was nice to go up there for an unofficial visit. The fans were crazy during the game and before the game. Everything was really great.”

| It never ceases to amaze me how big some of these kids are these days. Glad he liked his visit to the Vols. |

Guys like this paired with O'brien, Carr, and hopefully Herron would be hard to block up. |
