| They're both far away. I think UF is just trying to justifying us outrecruiting them. Just saying, when you're already that far away from home, does it really matter? |

He also stated that he wants to play bball in college so that may also play a factor at some point.
Distance plays a factor in recruiting many times. UT is within 3-4 hours of his hometown while UF is over 10 hours. No matter what you believe I'm sure UT is also using the distance pitch.

So distance being a factor is a very plausible reason to me.
