Get this kid "Ryne Rankin" LB from Orlando FL offer from Cincinnati recently and made ALL STATE first team as junior.

Darryl Richardson and Christian Hackenburg seemed to be the leading candidates so far. If we stay in state, I think C. High may be it.

Please don't flame. I am a long time vol fan but I have never grasped the recruiting thing so I don't fully understand it. I was wondering why out of 74 offers I see on there, there are only 2 five stars? I know that stars don't always matter but was a little curious. Thanks.

It is still early in the '13 process. Many sites don't have rankings yet. Offers have been coming out for '13 kids the last few weeks from the coaching staff and they are far from done.
