From what all I read and heard regarding his recruitment, I still think he would have went to SC if they offered.
But to my knowledge, South Carolina never offered. So the whole argument is irrelevant. | That was my understanding as well re: CP. Strange that SC didn't go after him. The '14 WR I've heard a lot about recently is a kid named Aggoria Bowers. I'm quite positive I butchered the spelling of his first name. Someone should start a thread on him. Already has a UT offer and is apparently high on our '14 board. I was curious if you knew anything about him. Posted via VolNation Mobile |

They aren't on UT's level, but UT doesn't need to ever overlook them or they could pull the upset. | I feel like the players overlooked Kentucky and we all know how that turned out. I hope they don't make the mistake of overlooking an "inferior" team again.
As for Vandy, I feel like they got the benefit of having some other teams overlook them as well. That won't be the case this season. Let's see how they do with a figurative bullseye on their head during the season. |

| I wonder if the Clear debacle wrecked our chances with this guy. Apparently he is a good friend of Clear, as well as of Jarnell Stokes.
He committed to LSU, by the way. It won't surprise me if Cam ends up at LSU after a year in JC. Lock up your laptops, LSU scholars!

I assume SC will quickly regret their decision to not take a look at CP after what he does to the SEC this upcoming season.
And no, I don't know anything about him. Wish I could help. I can be honest, if it hasn't been written/talked about on Rivals or Scout, then I usually won't know anything about it. Every now and then I'll get a few recruiting tidbits from former UT players, but that is very rare. The only thing I would assume concerning the '14 SC WR, is he could possibly be the brother or of some relation to De'Quan Bowers, who was from SC and played DE for Clemson before being drafted into NFL. If the interest is high between both UT and Bowers, then I'd personally like to hear more about his recruitment. Posted via VolNation Mobile |

UT is currently in no shape as a program to overlook any team, including Vandy or KY. Posted via VolNation Mobile |

Nope. According to Lynx, the Cam situation will have absolutely nothing to do with recruiting. Once he reads your post he may even try to write posts attempting to make you look stupid.... And don't expect an apology, he's not man enough for such a thing. |

I adjusted your post a bit as well. UT needs to play with their backs against the wall for every single game next season. Complacency could be very, very detrimental.
Edit: whoo who 5000th post! |

| Thought this was interesting from Carlos Younger Quote: |
the coaching staff soured on Herron after a while because there have been some concerns about his mobility and adaptability to a 3-4 scheme.

| Will take all 5 of his official visits. However, Tennessee is not one of the five. Fortenberry emphasized that UT has just not pursued Herron very hard at all. |
