According to Steve Wiltfong, Dooley and Palermo were at Trinity yesterday with interest in three juniors: Jason Hatcher, James Quick and Ryan White.

What?!

I live in Louisville, just down the street from Trinity h.s. actually. Wish I'd known CDD and crew were coming up... I would've invited them to dinner. We had chicken casserole!!!

Oh well, missed opportunity.

BTW, fingers - thanks for the updates... Love following the recruitment of local guys!

Hatcher is going to have to play in a 3-4 defense in college IMO. He is way too short and lacks the length to be an effective DE in a 4-3. Great athlete for sure though. His best bet is without a doubt playing OLB in a 3-4.

PF over on VQ thinks this guy and Herron will be some DLinemen to watch going forwards. Montrell hinted at this above. He's not going to be able to be effective at DE in college. PF thinks he is going to be one of the hybrid guys we look at who will play OLB.

Going to be tough to get Hatcher. Herron will be much easier.

Yeah Hatcher is probably a long shot for Tennessee but he is not a good fit at all for a school that runs a 4-3.
