| I Don't Put A Lot of Stock into Rivals' Rankings....But
How in the hell is Clemson's class ranked higher than ours? We have the same number of commitments and we have 2 more 4*s. Makes zero sense to me. |

| We have 2 2stars which weighs it down a bit and some of their 4stars earn more points due to a few factors (being in the top 5/10 at their position, etc...) Thunder explains it better. | |

| Rankings are silly. Unless you get a solid #1 or #2 class that has the obvious difference makers there is not a bit a difference in the top 5 or top 20 class nor in a top 20 and top 50. The ranking are usually based off soph and junior film and there is just to much variable. Got to be coached plain and simple and have good character kids. | |

| It is funny how everything works out. I guess looking at things statistically they need a formula to distinguish a winner or top dog in recruiting. Really all together arbitrary IMO though. Is there really that much actual differnce in classes between the positions of say 8 to 20 in the final rankings? I don't think so but who am I to question it. | |

| You have to take the entire class into account. Yes, we have more 4 stars, but we have two 2 star recruits, so our ranking is a bit lower because of it. It's not stupid and makes perfect sense. | |

Got to be coached plain and simple and have good character kids. | I do believe there's not a huge difference in say, the #6 and #10 ranked classes, but there is a big difference between a top 20, and the 50th ranked class...I mean, cmon...same goes for #5 and #20..lookk at the past ten natl champs...they are consistently top 10, or top 5..usually having a top one or two class, or multiple.
