| just by looking, I believe that he can do 385. I know it's hard to fathom for a 15 year old, but again, just by looking, it appears he could do that.
I've been around the weight room for about 10 years now. Due to injuries I can not lift heavy anymore. However, my brother has a similar build to the pic, and he does competitions. He's lifting 405, and weighs about 195. |

I can see it though.
I was about 180 when I did 250 and I had only been working out for about 2 and a half months, before that I couldn't bench 150.

All you need to do is tell him that Volnation is already tracking him and his progress. Maybe it's me but I would be stoked if I were a So in high school and knew that a school like Tennessee and its fans already knew who I was. Besides, between now and then Tennessee will be on the rise... |

| dude is for real I live in and root for Macon Co. I try to go to every Macon high football game. Me and some of my buddies rode down to Carthage when Smith and Macon played on the 22nd or 23rd. Anyhow, Manning rushed for over 200 yards and it always took several Macon players to bring him down. Now, Macon is not the best defensive team ever, but I still thought he was very impressive. He has a very solid chance to go D-1. Smith beat Macon 38-21 that night. |

| My nephew and Jalen are friends and my bro-in-law helps with the team, says that Jalen has already rcvd letters from Oregon and Miss State.
And FWIW, the kid has no real affiliation with any team, though my nephew is trying to convince him to go to Bama...ugh. I try to sway my nephew but he's too far gone. Posted via VolNation Mobile |
