Tennessee & Miss. State have been recruiting Stewart, he plans to attend camp at the end of July. Scout Rivals Jr. Film Quote:
"I was planning on going to Florida, but not anymore," said Stewart. "I'm visiting Mississippi State and Tennessee, instead.
"I've been getting handwritten letters from both of those schools every week for a few weeks now. Every coach on each staff has been signing the letters.
"I've been talking to Coach (Terry) Joseph and Coach (Derek) Dooley at Tennessee. I'm ready to visit and they really want me to come. Tennessee wants me as a slot receiver, and Coach (Dan) Mullen at Mississippi State also wants me at receiver. The rest of the Mississippi State coaches like me at corner."

| Schools like Arkansas and Clemson were bringing him in just to try to get a step on Lorenzo Phillips, now that Phillips has committed to Florida those two schools haven't even contacted him, and now he is trying to earn some offers on his own I guess. Phillips was trying to do his buddy a favor and get him a big offer or two, but they never came. Maybe he'll earn one or two a camps, but I doubt it.
Just some quick info on Stewart. IMO, he isn't BCS material, most definitely not SEC material. | |

Go get em dooley | Is the sky falling? First, according to scout he has not been offered. Second, this may be an effort to get his friend to visit with him to sway his friend. If by August we are not lining up better prospects for visits, then you can be concerned. GBO! |

| Very unlikely Phillips would visit with him. He has said he is shutting down his recruitment, and will only visit the school he is planning on attending in the Fall, Florida. | |

| One of my main arguments, is that yeah, we might start getting commits soon. But there gonna be kids that Tennessee shouldn't be recruiting! I hope that this trend of offering "diamonds in the rough", stops and stops in a hurry...
