| | Cause I like to party | It'd be really big for this class if Ramsey and Herron...and maybe even Maybin too... got on board early...
I know I just pulled a Capt. Obvious but that doesn't make it untrue

| I agree Thunder, this class could really blow up with some extra early momentum. If we can continue on what we have so far, grab a few more big time commits before the summer, then win some games big games in the fall...this class could get scary good.

Just hung up the phone with him to discuss his visit today. He told me that of all his trips up to UT, this was probably his favorite. UT's coaches made him the first prospect to get to tour the new facility and spent extensive one-on-one time with him. He spoke very highly of coaches Sunseri and Derrick Ansley.
He's now up to right at 20 offers, with Arkansas, Louisville and Virginia the latest trio to solicit his services.

| All the chatter going on now makes me really think we gonna succeed on the recruiting trail. I know some other schools have decent numbers, but this time last year it was crickets in here. Get'um Dooley!

"(Monday) what stood out, I thought it was one of the best visits I've had in my times going up there," said the 6-foot, 183-pounder, a four-star prospect ranked tops in Tennessee and inside the 150 nationally. "I got to see the academics part and hang out with a couple of players. See some of the academic programs on campus outside of just football.

"Even with football, I got there in time to see a little bit of their morning workout and how intense they are in the weight room. Towards the end of the day I got to kind of tour what the new facility was going to be like and tour the construction area. That was cool. I think I was actually the first recruit to be in there and do that."

"Oh yeah. That was a big thing. That was really cool to me," Ramsey said. "I got to meet the new coaches, coach Sal (Sunseri). Coach (Derrick) Ansley. That was great. Those are great first impressions. The type of guys who you can tell, they want to win and they're going to go after it," he said. "They're going to put their best on the field. Those are things you like in a coach."
