sweeney is selling these kids on don't go to sec...toughest players and teams in cf...come to clemson ..competition is easier and you won't get beat up every week plus your stats will look better...aka sammy watkins....until they play an sec school, where defense counts...RN

Only in the ACC would this be feasible and even there it's reaching. If Clemson was not capable of signing well over 25 this yr, imo, they wouldn't be attempting this.
