Carlos was at Junior Day and really enjoyed it. He played fullback, tight end, defensive line, and linebacker last year.

“Right now I have offers from Georgia Tech, Clemson, South Carolina and North Carolina State,” Watkins said. “I would love an offer from Tennessee.”

Not sure if Tennessee wants him for offensive or defensive line.

I would think he would be a defensive line guy. He plays some fullback in the triple option. Much more dynamic at D-Line. They even line him up at WR and throw him the fade some.

Because Clemson has MUCH better recruiters on their coaching staff than UT does.

Clemson loaded up last year. They are not generally doing great. Our OL is better by more than a little and our QB. The comment they have better recruiters leaves me to say que?

Clemson fired one of if not their best recruiter in Napier. The best one they have left is Kevin Steele.

But they do still have Benjamin Franklin on staff and he seems to do a pretty good job for them as well.
