I know academics r a big deal to him but his #s r kind of interesting to say the least. I'm sure Vandy is going to have a bunch of their new found big talent leaving the school cause of academics. If not, then it'll be obvious that they've sold their soul to the devil to keep up with the Joneses of the SEC. Just sayin...
It is rather easy for an athlete to stay in school at Vandy. Every school has athlete classes that will always be way easier than others

And yes i honestly think him and the R100 QB will stay commited.
If I cared for your opinion I would have asked you.

It's too early to tell if any current commits will still be committed next Feb. I think for Vandy, in order to keep their commits, they have to show some progress. Same goes for UT.

I wouldn't be surprised if Vanderbilt closed their football program. R100 QB won't stick, just to let you know.

I hear Andre McDonald's LOI just came in for Vandy. Again, I have no use for your opinion.

Just touchdown in Orlando UT visit went better than expected . Academic support and facilities are much better than we thought

yep. This is bigger than football. He could go to ND,SC or Standford to get the best of both worlds but Vandy gives him the degree, SEC and a staff that his family loves. I know it hard to understand but you have to know the back story with his father. One of the best football players ever in Fla but didn't have the grades to get into SEC schools endup at Univ of Tampa. Said that he'll never allow his son to put football over academics.

From everything I've read (admittedly little), it seems like they need academics to be at a certain point for a school to be considered. I don't think they're looking for the best football program that meets their minimum standards for academics, not the best academic program that meets their minimum standard for football. I can't imagine you would jeopardize your son's NFL draft status by sending him to a program that doesn't maximize his talent just because they have slightly better academics than a program that will maximize his potential.

Because an education is more important than football. Going to Vandy didnt hurt Cutler

If you're great at football, it doesnt matter what school you attend.
