Majors had the guts to let Donahue go after an embarssing loss to Washington St after the 1988 0-6 start. After that they won the last 5 games and went 11-1 the following year.

I think we are expectiing or hoping a major headline that Fulmer makes staff changes soon. He at some point should demote RS to qb coach, release Washington, Stevens and retain all defensive coaches. Trooper should get the boot due to the RB fumbling problems especially in the red zone. He is not immune b/c he is emotional and popular among the fans. He should be held accountable.

RS is already the qb coach. That's the main reason we havn't had anything more than an average qb since Tee left.

Majors was let go after the 92 season. He was out the first part due to heart surgery.
