| I got a friend from Gadsden City named Darryl Collins who thinks this girl is pretty hot. He was wondering if UT would send her to visit him? ;) Scout.com: Darryl Collins Profile |

We've got a nice group of receivers coming in, and while it looks like he was offered, I doubt UT would still be interested. |

These girls can be friends with whoever they want. Willis's father made it sound like his son is kind of dating one of them. Unless there is a rule saying a hostess can't date someone then I don't see the problem. | The NCAA wants the girls to only show the kids around while visiting on campus. No, a representative or booster of your school can't become friends with prospective athletes. There has to be a longtime relationship between the two or it is a violation. If one of these girls wants to have a relationship wit one one or more of UT's recruits they must relinquish their position with the University and even then if the NCAA feels UT is getting a recruiting advantage from it, you can be penalized. If they feel the athletic dept. knew or even should have known it can become major. Quote:

That is really the red flag, imo. The witch hunt is on. Whoever has been getting the media so fired up for UT's negative news is working overtime on this one. | Yep. The NCAA is after something and with the way they operate they can manufacture much trouble. Quote:

That being said there is nothing wrong with what is going on and there is nothing abnormal about it. It happens at every school. have you ever seen the movie He Got Game. On his recruiting visit, girls are lining up to 'sway' him to come to said school. This has been going on for years, and will continue to go on. In my mind UT didn't send these girls there. They thought it would be a good idea, and probably promised the guys on their visit the week before they would come. You are blind if you think this is abnormal and you're a moron if you think this is a big deal. | Besides, I thought the blond was Brice Browns main squeeze. She was his girlfriend during his recruitment.l They may have broken up. |

Seriously, have you ever talked to someone who's been there about what goes on during recruiting visits? There is a reason guys who are committed to a school still take the trips, even if they have no intention of changing commitments.
Sure, it sounds nice to say to the media "oh, I just am visiting to see what is out there" or "I just want to see what this place is like".... What a recruit really means is "I've got nothing to do this weekend, may as well go party it up with some hot co-eds" This is why coaches typically don't see it as a big deal if guys continue to make visits. |

Do you find that to be some kind of news worthy violation? This isn't a inquiry or investigation like the media has reported it to be this is a simple review that has to this point found nothing. UT has gotten no letter from the NCAA of an impending investigation. It helps to know what the hell your talking about if your going to have an informed opinion. |
