| why are we assuming
the victim said 2 guys in black hoodies tried to rob them. black hoodie? i have one of those, so it might of been me. Tennessee shirt? i have one of those, so it might of been me. why would 2 people try to mug 3 guys that look like they have no money. they were saying it is dark and they couldnt see them approaching, so how could they possibly be able to identify a face? i mean guys, this just doesnt make sense. I also have a paintball gun in my car, so it is just as possible to carry around an air soft gun just because they are to lazy to take it out.

| Surely you don't want justice to take it's course do you. It is so much easier to try these guys in the media no matter what the facts might be. With the victims videos I've seen this will likely disappear and the recruits will end up at some secondary school for a year or two to get their second chance. Just my opinion... | |

also, i think the guys who were "robbed" are lying about their story. something just doesn't seem right about all this. | |

Innocent until proven guilty that is the way it works in the United States... but until proven one way or the other these guys DO NOT deserve to be Vols!!! If it was an "altercation" than it will be proven that way. If it was mistaken identity it will be proven that way. If it was what it appears to be it will be proven that way. But none the less these guys have been accused of burgulary at GUN POINT (even if it was a pellet gun if someone did that to you, you wouldn't be like "oh thats just a pellet gun" you would think that someone was trying to kill you for money.) I'm dissappointed to say the least in these people, you can't get much lower than killing and/or raping. I hope that it turns out for the best and that it is not what it seems. They should certainly not play the rest of the season... maybe more. | |
