Biddle: Kiffin SEC Coach of Year?

Joe Biddle's column this morning says if Tennessee finishes 8-4 he should be considered for Coach of the year.

I am a little shocked that this article is coming from Biddle. He has generally been more partly cloudy than partly sunny when it came to UT. I guess that Kiffin bandwagon is slowly adding some media folks.

Hard to imagine Biddle writing that column. Nicely done Joe, one of your better jobs.

It's a known fact that Biddle is a buddy of Spurrier. That really makes what he wrote a "say what" event!

Who are the ones who decide? If SEC higher ups have any sway in the matter they would do everything they can to not allow that to happen.

Would be hilarious if he won. He won't get it though. It'll be given to whoever wins the SEC Championship IMHO

I for one think that he deserves it if we go 8-4 or even 7-5, with a good bowl game berth.

Interesting thread.

Winning out is a must.

Forget the coaches award. He could win the SEC & he wouldn't get that one.

Maybe a media award , but that will require FL & AL to win out ugly. IF LSU wins the west then it would go to Miles.
