Mike Slive would probably have had the Tennessee player arrested and fined Kiffin a years salary and suspended him for 2 years.

Slime had no choice other than to fine Uncle Urbie.
He's already a joke and not fining Urbie would have proven the conspiracy theory and guaranteed Slime's exit.

What do you think would have happened if Tennesse was guilty of the Florida infractions?

Meyers got a "fine".

Kiffin would have been suspended.

Meyer and Slive probably worked it out in private so that it would seem that Meyer was punished, the fine will probably go to the scholarship fund, Then meyer can just donate $30,000 less than he would have if the fine had not been levied. Looks like punishment has been meted out but no real effect in the end.

If you read my original post I said Slive had no choice but to fine Meyer. Not sure why you are wanting us to keep quiet about this--do you know something we don't...is Mike Slive monitoring VolNation now and levying fines and suspensions for those of us who think he is a favorite playing joke?

Slive should be fired for this fiasco he's created. This thing is going to blow up in his face and he deserves it.
