Well of course it would. But I think his slant on this is more correct than we would like to admit. Urbie takes a sit down in a meaningless game, and it sends the message out that slive actually will punish his golden boy. Then it's weapons free to aim at Kiffin Petrino and Mullen et al. The place where this has real potential to blow up in his face (IMO) is if LSU beats Bama this weekend, and then beats FU. Then urbie has been eviscerated and is not only not the national championship contender, but not even a BCS player. So what slive will then have done is to alienated the next star in this league.. CLK who I certainly hope will rub his nose in it at every opportunity even if it is behond closed doors. Saban has been smart for the most part by staying out of it. If he (Saban) continues to win, he is still in the good graces of king slime. I think though, any way it is sliced, urbie is no longer master of his domain.
