Will he try and go this weekend or will he save it for when we might need him more in Oxford?

Do We Pay the Coaches?

Are not these special teams coaches paid very well? Should they not be responsible for putting the right kicker on the field? If Lincoln was not prepared to kick against Alabama why had the coaching staff not prepared a replacement? What the heck are they getting paid for? This position has one thing and one thing only to do...kick the ball thru the uprights. It is unexcuseable the Alabama performance. In my mind it falls on the kicker, not some 400 lb guy one yard past the line of scrimmage with a 2 inch vertical leap.

You don't think that maybe some of the blame should be on the line for not blocking Cody?

True we had a kick blocked against USCjv because the line did nothing.

If Cody hadn't blocked those kicks, it would have hit our own linemen in the back of the head. I don't blame our line for those blocked kicks even though they did get destroyed.

I'm still furious at Daniel Lincoln for having the audacity to get injured. Who gave him the permission to allow himself to get injured? Somebody needs to form a committee to investigate this travesty.

Watch Lincoln kick a last second field goal against Ole Miss to win the game and send us all into ecstasy.

Hold up

I am dreaming.......

To bad the vols passed on the kicker from McMinn County last year Stephen Stansell. Apparently he is having an excellent year @ Austin Peay. I noticed he is 6/8 on his field goals and made a 52 yarder last week againist Murray State.

I agree. Eddie Gran is paid to do absolutely nothing.

Per Hyams on the health of Lincoln:

Quote:
Lincoln was shot in the back of the head. Prognosis negative.

Still no information regarding the whereabouts of suspected gunman, John Wilkes Booth
