| I am amazed there are so many talking about them being ugly, they were orange and black, it was Halloween. They obviously energized the crowd and the team. Boo!!!! |

not really. I understand their purpose but I won't go out and buy one. I thought the color combo was iffy at best. And if the big money boosters don't like them (they don't) then it won't happen again. THere aren't any HS boosters
| That's why I didn't care for them. I think the black jersey itself didn't look bad but the combo... yikes. |

| I don't think this will be like the Univ of Louisville when they went black jersey happy and wore them just about every game. These will only be worn for very special occasions like playing a Saturday game on halloween. |

If you can't handle someones opinion on apparel then I don't know what to tell you. Sorry that I don't follow the herd. I like to think for myself.
And, I am not even old. I am 23. I didn't dislike them because of Tennessee's history and tradition. I disliked them because white helmet, black jersey and orange pants are a hideous combo.
Sorry for being a hater. I guess I will shut up now because some people on here seem to think their is such thing as a correct opinion and you have to believe it just because they do. | There is a lot of these teeny-weenies on here that have no taste, no style, and nothing for tradition. Remember, most of the ones wanting the black jerseys are the ones you see walking down the street with there pants down past their ass, hat on sideways, and enough gold in there mouth they need to be carried around in a Loomis truck.

In warm-ups in the orange and then coming out in black. It was hard to look at for the whole game but the initial excitement was cool. Like Kiffin said to Erin. It is a players game. |

I don't want to see the helmets changed. Black or white pants would be no less orange than the all white road jerseys. Too bad that wouldn't really make them home jerseys anymore though with lack of orange. |

| This old fart liked the black for Halloween. I would still hate to see it any other time. Besides, you want it to be rare or it will not e a big deal.

| I don't disagree with you. We need helmets & pants to match the jerseys. |

I just didn't care for the combination.
Most people that said they didn't like them weren't complaining. They were just stating their opinion. No different than the people saying they liked them. Just throwing that out there for the people who are mad at others saying they thought they were ugly. They were. |
