| Phil, Tommy, Or Tommy? If you are the AD and someone puts a gun to your head then tells you that you have to hire either Phil, Tommy Tuberville, or Tommy Bowden. Who do you choose?

| Believe it or not, I'd have to go with Phil. TT is the better coach, but Phil hires better assistants and recruits better.

| I was gonna say Tuberville til you said that(talking to Rex, not JZ). Guess I'd have to go with Phil too and hope he tightened things up given his recent experiences.

I'll take Tuberville by a country mile.

| Who are these great assistants that Fulmer hired? Pat Washinton? Sanders? Jimmy Ray?
Tuberville had Muschamp and Eddie Gran.

If you hired CPF he isn't going to bring Chavis and Cut with him.
Other than Chavis he never had to go out and hire a DC and the one time he did with an OC it cost him his job. How would you, as an AD have any confidence he would bring in great assistants? |
