I think people would look at it different if Phil and TT was at the other school under these circumstances.
I would also note, the reason for my pick.
TT should still be at AU. I think we made the right choice in what we did.

No sure this is that cut and dry so to speak. | TT and Fulmer's head to head matchups, as was said earlier,is the determining factor.

Tuberville had Muschamp and Eddie Gran. | Chizik was also a better assistant than anyone I can think of here. There's a reason that Fulmer's assistants ended up at places like Syracuse. |

And it does matter because Muschamp will be the HC at Texas, while Chavis is nowhere near capable of getting the head job at Texas Christian or SMU. That's a huge difference. |

| Muschamp was named HC in waiting to keep him from becoming HC at another school right now. LSU will never have to worry about that with Chavis. There's a reason. |

| Tubberville. Phil lost his fire a long time ago. Tubberville has had recent success. I'll give Phil Lovie Smith, who I wasn't a big fan of but has had success, and Garner. If I had to take a gameday coach between the three, who would get his team prepared, it would be Tubberville. Posted via VolNation Mobile |
