| Berry likes new energy at Tennessee "But Berry insists there is a new vibe here that was pretty obvious, even to the casual observer, during Tuesday’s indoor practice. The pace was quick. Almost everything is done at full speed. It is the unmistakable energy that comes with a fresh start. And as painful as Berry found it to say good bye to head coach Phillip Fulmer and his DC, John Chavis, this fresh start has been good, he says." | I love this part, and it is so true!
"Berry’s words carry some weight around here. He has never been a boastful player. When you’re the best defensive back in America and arguably the best to ever play the position at Tennessee, you don’t have to brag. You really don’t have to talk much at all. You just play and Berry is a helluva player, one of the best I’ve ever seen." |

| | Senior Member | And so we begin the season of the predictable quotes from players and coaches -- and that's from all teams, not just UT.
Allow me to summarize: Quicker pace of practice, new energy, yada yada yada, working out a lot, love the new plays, yada yada yada, enthusiasm never been higher, freshmen and red shirts can contriobute right away, etc., etc., etc. |
