South Carolina hires DB coach

South Carolina hired Lorenzo Ward from VT. He seems like a solid coach and an excellent recruiter. You wonder who we are looking at?

He has a good resume for sure. He has gotten results on the field. Seems like a good hire. I would say Bud Foster has a little to do with that though.

Did anyone watch the VT vs. Cinn. game were it showed Foster screaming at another coach. They had to be seperated. I just wonder if it was Ward?

Nothing has changed as far as UT hires go. At least per. Rivals. You have to wonder what the hold up is now?

Why not? We have stolen a couple already from Spurrier, one more wouldn't hurt. Now that would really tick Stevie off.

He made a bad career move. Ol ball coach may not be at SC very much longer if he doesn't finish better than 4th in the East this year.

Assisstants get one year deals. If he has a good year this year coaching thier DB's he'll be just fine.
