I'm sure he does, but I also think he wouldn't hesitate to make a homer prediction.

Which is why I believe what he said about Tenn targeting Gruden. I do think Tenn wants Gruden.

I think he would be a successful recruiter. Waving his Superbowl ring in the recruits faces couldn't hurt either.

Would you listen to a man with a Super Bowl ring?

I mean who wouldn't want to play for a coach that won the super bowl. Recruits would be lining up just on name alone.

Yes...and the call from his office (I doubt he'd have to fly anywhere, thus saving the dept money) would sound like this, "Hi, kid...this is Jon Gruden at TN. I heard you can play and I want you to play for me. Call me anytime, here's my cell 555-5555."

Hangs up and mumbles..."Fu%$, this is too easy. They said Miami was tough to pull recruits from."

Could you look him in the eyes and tell him he can't?

Seriously, a NFL coach with a Super Bowl ring. He can mold players into NFL material. Would you want to play for someone like that? I don't know anyone who wouldn't

I think we are all setting ourselves up for a major disappointment.
