That Jimmy Sexton propoganda bullsh*t article did say that it is of upmost importance to keep completely quiet when entertaining a coaching offer. Betrayed fans and public exposure can kill negotiations. A guy in "regular contact" would not necessarilly know this.

Awesome Tony Bailio article. He says that Gruden's contract has Tennessee as a team that he could leave for. You read it yourself.

Although, I thought it said it was only a possibility that Gruden's current contract has a Tennessee clause in it. It didn't seem like he knew if was a for sure thing.
