Nebraska is not bad. They're better than those bottom 7 SEC teams, maybe on par with Ole Miss.

Nebraska's three wins come against Western Michigan, San Jose State, and New Mexico State. Ole Miss has a win against Florida and has been competitive in every game. Nebraska got murdered by the elite Big 12 team they faced.

For enough money, Gruden or Stoops would come to UT---to coach in the best conference in america with top facilities, money, fans, etc. But, it will take at least $5 mil per year, which UT can easily pay, once fulmer's buyout is taken care of.

We need a coach that is not part of the Alumni. Look at the Top 10 and it's easy to see. Does the Big Orange want the best coach that graduated form TN, or the best coach available? In the interim, Clawson needs to be in the land of Tony Franklin. No time for on the job training. Possibly Richmond had better athletes than UT, but I find that very hard to believe. One yard rushing, now that's a balanced attack!!!

Stoops got a special $3 mil bonus for being at OU for 10 years. I think his regular salary is in the $3-4 mil range.

Oh life this week is going to be so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But Berrys hit and Wiliams punch and the interceptions will help a little...

My Dream Coaching Staff

Everybody can fight all they want about who to hire but here's my favorite 3 coaches they should hire if Mike Hamilton & Co. decide to clean house:

HC- Bronco Mendenhall (BYU)
DC- Mark Stoops (Arizona)
OC- Gus Malzahn (Tulsa)

check out all of them and give me your thoughts. i think this would be a dream coaching staff (i know a lot of you want Muschamp but i'd probably give the edge to Mendenhall for the sole reason that he has experience being a HC)... i really love Gus Malzahn. He's been at Tulsa for 2 years and has had the nations top offense in both years. I like Mark Stoops but the only problem is that he may be tough to pry away from his brother who is the HC at Arizona.

Will you quit already with Malzahn. He has only been out of HS 3 years and was one and done at Arky. Of course he is doing well at Tulsa playing teams like Central Ark.
