| I'm sick of hearing about Steve Spurious' credentials. He hasn't shown me JACK in 4 years in Columbia, and I betcha that people like WestColumbiaGamecock are starting to wonder wth he hasn't competed for a SEC championship yet.
And Houston Nutt doesn't impress me either, honestly. I don't know what's up with all the Nutt love going on.
And until he coaches an SEC game, Petrino should be #12. He hasn't done jack at any organization where there was actually COMPETITION.

I haven't been that impressed with Spurrier either. I think he is realizing that it's tougher to compete for a championship at SC than at Fla. I don't think that he will ever be able to win the east. 8-4 is about as good as he will do at SC. It doesn't make sense to put Petrino at # 12 either. I think he will get a dose of reality this year when he gets done with the SEC schedule. Arky will probably be lucky to win 6 or 7 games this year. I've never been able to make a decision on Houston Nutt. Sometimes I think that he is a good coach and sometimes I wonder how he keeps a job. |

| Adams thinks Spurrier is the best. In other news, the sky is blue.

| Bobby Johnson at 12 is a joke. If Vandy lets him stay at least until 8 years, I think you'll finally see some 8 win Vandy teams. My theory being that his first few recruiting classes are going to still have the stigma of the old Vandy teams...but the more they improve, the better players that will come in...and two years from now, Vandy will probably have a good enough roster to not just have a winning season, but have a decisive 8 win season.
Sylvester Croom at 11 is also a joke. He completely turned that program around. He's done far more as an SEC coach than Bobby Petrino.
And Fulmer is ranked low because he has only coached at one school? So not being fired is a bad thing?
Any coach who loses to Louisiana-Monroe should be #11.
Any coach who has never coached a real team before should be #12. |
