Best Seats Lower Donor Level

What sections and row ranges are the best if you can't be in the sideline sections? Is Section W elevated and block some of X1. I am guessing that anywhere in X1-X4 20-40 rows up would be the best seats if you can't get sideline lower level. I know Neyland doesn't have too many bad spots but just wanting some opinions.
