Bammers think were scared

Vols are scared!!! - TideFans.com

I guess some bammers got on volnation and saw the remarks of some vol fans. They think were scared and that we are doomed in the future against them. I guess we dont even need to suite up next year for the game since they are so superior to us.

Those comments by some on here don't show the signs of confidence.

I feel the same way! Why would I be scared of a school that weve beaten 10 out of the last 13 games.

It's not like we lost to Louisiana-Monroe late in the season.

Only thing I can say is wait and see. Said it before, and I'll say it again.. Bama fans are the only ones who think that going 7-6 is an improvement over what they had the year before with Shula. Simple minded folks down there.

They are comments expressing disappointment with Fulmer & Co. You know...negative comments about your own coaching staff --- a practice Bammers are well versed in.

Exactly . . .The difference being that unlike Alabama, we don't go through coaches the way most people eat popcorn.

Congrats NEW COACH. You're their hero.

A selection of my favorite comments/etc. :

Quote:
Alabama made offers to 15 players who also received papers from Auburn. All 15 who chose between the two schools went to Alabama. That’s right, no player offered by Alabama went to Auburn.
From a sig. And you've lost how many in a row to Auburn?

The link to the UcheaT board made my day.

Let em squirm around in their misery for a while. The Great Pumpkin is the most unethical coach in the SEC and all his peers know to approach him with extreme caution. This has finally come home to haunt him.
This from the program that the NCAA considered the possibility of giving the death penalty to for their violations. Mike Dubose anyone?

Quote:
The viles have been exposed to a lot of negative press in the last few years, including suspect player academic standards, ongoing player arrests, and extra benefits for certain athletes. When a school gets tagged with this reputation, it seriously damages the chances of recruiting players with moral integrity. Hence, you are left to recruit the thugs, and guess what, you end up with more arrests/legal problems.
Well...I can't argue here. The pay is better in Dixie.

I would quote more, but I had to wade through 4 pages of manure to get these. Some more sensible bammers were taking a wait-and-see attitude.
