The problem there is that the tighter the situation is, the more predictable we become, exacerbating the entire mess. |

| another thing, when has Phil shown himself capable of making great hires? for all of his obvious faults, Johnny could discern coaching talent and knew how to hire up and comers. Phil's scared to death that he's going to hire his replacement. |
